Single Family Residential Services include some or all of the following:

• Design Consultation: Personal consultations with client to establishing a clear understanding of client’s goals and needs.

• Project Analysis: Survey preparation and other relevant analysis and/or preliminary design studies.

• Budget: Preparation of itemized budget estimates for overall project.

• Design Drawings: Preparation of drawings, layouts and other materials necessary to illustrate design concept.

• Kitchen and Bath Design, Coordination: Including layout elevations, finish specifications, customized design and coordination with respective plumbing, electrical and mechanical sub-trades.

• Material Specifications: Provide a master finish schedule for paints, carpet, tile, stone, etc.

• Purchasing and Procurement: Design, procurement, purchasing and installation of standard and customized furnishings

• Construction Administration and Installation: Coordination, consultation and supervision of various design and construction sub-trades, vendors and installers.
